In response to the alarming rise of COVID-19 cases, a declaration of emergency was made on January 12, 2021 for all of Ontario. As of January 14, 2021 at 12:01 a.m., a stay at home order is in effect for all of Ontario.
Due to the COVID-19 precautions to ensure safety of our Administration staff, FSS remains closed walk-ins and general public; however virtual appointments and interviews are available if scheduled. The FSS on call team is available 24 hours 7 days a week.
The health and safety of our staff is our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. FSS ensures that staff in office follows all the standard procedures for cleaning and disinfection on daily basis.
Public Health guidelines include, wearing a mask, physical distancing, and proper hand hygiene, not gathering in large groups, maintaining a small social bubble, and staying home if you are not feeling well.
We have shared responsibilities in following the recommendations of the Government of Canada and Provincial and Local Public Health authorities. Freedom Support Services is committed to meeting the measures outlined for as long as it is required by the Government.
FSS is following all COVID-19 related updates closely and will respond to any changes recommended by the Public Health accordingly.
